Swag Bag Pickup

A custom swag bag was prepared for every student enrolled in band and color guard this year. Students, if you were not in attendance or missed picking up your bag on Thursday evening (or if we were unable to deliver your senior bag because we could not confirm your address), you can pick up your bag from the band room as follows:

• In-person students should pick up their bag during the school day on Tuesday or Wednesday this week
• Virtual students may stop by to see Mr. Fore in the band room to pick up their bag at the following times this week:
  • Monday between noon and 2pm (this coincides with drive though yearbook pickup, so you can swing around to door 1 and come to the band room)
  • Wednesday between 3:15 and 5pm

The edible perishable items will be removed from the bags and donated to teachers after Wednesday at 5pm. At that time, the awards, shirts and BOA patches will also have to be stored - so we really need everyone to pick up their items by Wednesday at 5pm this week.
