Please join the South Lakes Marching Band as they will be marching in the Reston Holiday Parade on November 26, 2021. The parade will be 9:30am-1pm, at the Reston Town Center, and the band will march at the end right before SANTA!! It is an amazing event and our highest profile local event of the year. 

We are seeking sponsors for upcoming events. The Winter Concert is right around the corner on December 9th.  If you or your business are interested in placing advertisements in this and other upcoming event programs, please contact John Viner [email protected] or Jennifer Clausen [email protected].

Any student in any band class is eligible to audition for All-District Band. Auditions will be virtual this year. Students will record and upload their audition. Auditions will be due by Jan 8, 2022. Any student who is interested in auditioning should email Mr. Fore at [email protected] so we can get you registered. Students should also see Mr. Fore if they have not yet picked up the audition etude.

Tuesday, November 9th from 7 – 8 pm we will be holding our monthly Band Booster meeting. We encourage ALL parents to come out as we are moving into our winter season with concert band performances quickly approaching. PLEASE PLAN TO JOIN!
