Thank you so much to everyone who made our first annual Pyramid Band Bonanza a success! It was a fun event that brought 120 student musicians in grades 4 through 12 together as a band community! It was inspiring to see SLHS Band students mentoring the younger musicians as they participated in the clinics, and the whole ensemble put on a wonderful performance for a very appreciative audience! Special thanks to Gretchen Hazlin, who did an amazing job planning the event and coordinating the many volunteers and participants to ensure everything went so smoothly.
Student volunteers: don't forget that you earned service hours! Mrs. Hazlin can verify your hours in X2VOL -- her email address is gehazlin@fcps.edu. |
