IMPORTANT: Citrus Pickup is now on Saturday, March 7th - Volunteers Needed!

Due to an issue with the fruit supplier, our citrus will not be delivered until next week. Our citrus distribution has been moved to Saturday March 7th. All band students who sold fruit will need to communicate the change in schedule to their customers. 

All fruit MUST be picked up at Sam’s Club in Sterling NEXT Saturday, March 7th, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. If you sold fruit and cannot pick up your order, please arrange to have someone else pick it up. Fruit cannot be stored at school. Students DO NOT need to pick up fruit that will be donated to the SL Pantry.

Volunteers are needed to quality check the fruit and fill orders for pickup. Quality checks will take place from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Orders will be filled and placed in cars from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.   CLICK HERE to volunteer to help - adults and students are needed. Have fun and earn some community service hours.

We had a great turnout for Seahawk Sound on Friday with nearly 30 musicians! The band sounded GREAT and got tons of compliments! Thank you to all the students who participated, and to Mrs. Gifford and Ms. Erler for their continued support. With both basketball teams winning their regular season district title, we're looking forward to a deep playoff run for the Seahawks! We've been asked to bring the band to the playoffs as our schedule allows. Rumor has it that SLHS will host a playoff double header on Tuesday, 2/18. We'll post the signup once we confirm the date and times.
