SLHS Band Booster Bylaws
The SLHS Band Boosters Association Bylaws can be downloaded and viewed using the link below. The bylaws undergo periodic review by a committee of members appointed by the President. Recommendations for changes are presented to the full membership for vote. Most recently, minor changes were proposed in April 2018, and subsequently adopted by the membership on 5/9/19.

Administrative Forms
Required, along with original receipts, for reimbursement of expenses or advance payment to vendors. Obtain approval signature from committee chair or board member and submit to Treasurer.

Deposit record to be prepared by fundraising leads. Submit to Treasurer along with checks and cash for verification and deposit.

Required for cash management when a cash box is used (e.g., concession sales, bake sale). See the form for specific cash control procedures, from requesting cash through submission of funds to the Treasurer.

Spirit Wear order forms are typically found here, however, the fall 2020 Spirit Wear sale will be conducted online due to the virtual start to school. Sales open on September 2nd. In-stock items will be listed until sold out; orders for new items must be received by September 16th. Check the home page for more details!
