Thanks to our many volunteers who have already helped the band get off to a great start:
For those of you who missed Back to Band night or would just like to see the presentation, you can download it here.
In the past few years, we have received donations and amassed inventory of gently used concert dresses, concert dress jackets, tuxedo pants, tuxedo jackets and white tuxedo shirts. These items may be useful for band students who have outgrown items, or new band students who wish to purchase used items. We also do not have space to store these items. Hence, our first ever "Uniform Exchange". Note that students should be present to try on items, all items are "as is", and we only have the sizes that have been donated (which will obviously change as people participate in the exchange.)
Here's how it works:
Don’t forget to check out our new spirit wear and order by August 30 - this is the only opportunity this school year to order band spirit wear so don’t miss it!

Tag Day is just 2 weeks away! We really need EVERYONE’s help to make the biggest fundraiser of the year a success. Student participation is critical (the more smiling band students we have blanketing the community, the more donations we receive). We also need parent volunteers. Our most critical need for Tag Day is parent drivers. As Andrea said at Back to Band, being a Tag Day driver is a great way to get to know the band kids while helping the band. Also still needed: food donations and help during the day at school to feed our hungry students. Please click HERE for more information and to sign up for any of these volunteer opportunities.
Students will wear their band t-shirts on Tag Day. These are the gray shirts with the Seahawk Bands logo that sophomores, juniors and seniors received last year. Freshman shirts and any reorders for this year should arrive by Tag Day to be worn.
If you have any questions or need help with the signup please contact email@example.com.
Thanks to those who have already signed up to help!
We are still in search of volunteers for two positions:
