We are seeking business sponsors to help underwrite the cost of the trip. Donations to our 501(c)(3) are tax deductible (consult your tax professional.)

How does your donation help?
  • A $5,000 donation provides the caps and shirts that the band will wear on the trip
  • Your $4,000 donation provides meals for the band for an entire day
  • A $2,000 donation reduces the out-of-pocket cost by approximately $20/student 
  • Your $1,200 donation provides a 50% scholarship for a student who otherwise can't afford the trip
  • A $250 donation helps defray instrument transportation costs

In addition to helping fund the experience of a lifetime for our students, our sponsors receive a range of benefits. Depending on your donation level, benefits include:
  • Name and/or logo placement on apparel to be worn by students on the trip
  • Name and/or logo placement on the banner to be carried at local parades leading up to the trip and in the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade
  • Print advertising in all concert programs (6 concerts per year)
